_defining_moment

...to what I do for a Career, in which I so much believe in...and that which drives me every other day....it was kind of a defining and utter jaw dropping moment when I got to see this:

3D UI Interaction

I pretty much had this vision of a 3D interactive world for so long and had my own trial way back eight years ago...it being more of an executable desktop version made of Macromedia Director and a 3D environment from Maya....I always wanted it be in Flash and with all the given tech limitations back then, I knew that the day would be as closer to make it happen. With the advent of the awesome RIAs (Rich Internet Applications), it was pretty much here...and in a way, that day was today!.
........as much for the fact that I didnt get to build this app....I am upbeat about the possibilities and cannot wait to have my hands on building one.

Here is a taste of the future: A virtual Walmart/Best Buy/IKEA with realtime data feeds.
